Lunch & Learn Graduate School Information Sessions

An opportunity for graduate & professional schools to visit our campus to discuss their wide variety of graduate programs with students.

Fee $175.00, includes:

 

  • Mutual agreement of date and time period 
  • Coordinate event site, A/V equipment, seating capacity
  • Set up Pre-Registration of students for head count; report number of students pre-registered to recruiter as of one week prior to event date
  • 2 meal vouchers & parking permits
  • Marketing event to students via email broadcast to students, departments, and faculty, classroom presentations, event posters (Graduate School provides flyer in various media formats)
  • Catering is optional and paid by Recruiter; Career Services can assist with ordering catering services

Fee(s) is due and payable before the event date.  Cancellations received at least two weeks prior to the event will be refunded the total amount.  No refunds for cancellations within two weeks of the event date.  No exceptions.
